Rules & Regulations

 1.  Fees once paid are non-refundable

2.  For an individual class full fee for min. of 4 sessions will be collected in advance.

3.  If a student discontinues the class for any reason, no refund will be provided.

4.  However, if a student has to take medical leave for a few months, their fee will be carried forward but they need to start attending the classes again within one year & complete the course within 2 years.

5.  If in case of any cancellation or delay in class, the coach will inform all the respective students well in advance; the same is expected from students. Any cancellation or delay in class either from student or coach will be compensated according to the institute’s policy, mentioned below;

      For an individual class

• If a student is unable to join the scheduled class and if informed well in advance then the coach will reschedule the class at another convenient time for both, the coach and the student.

• If a student misses a class without prior intimation,

– First time he will only be warned.

– Second time onwards a full fee for the respective session will be charged by the coach.

• All the coaches start the class five minutes before the scheduled time. If a student comes late than the scheduled time,

– First time, the coach will warn the student and compensate for that time whenever possible.

– Second time onwards no compensation will be provided. The class will be conducted for the remaining time and the full fee for that session will be charged to the student.

        For a group class or a batch

• If a student misses a class, then they will be called 15 minutes early to cover their missed class the next time and then will continue in the regular class.

• If half the students in a group/batch are unable to attend the class, the coach will reschedule it to another time convenient to everyone or else will cancel the class for that day.

• If after starting the class, the coach comes to know only a few or half the students can attend, the coach will continue to conduct the class and other students’ missed class will be compensated by calling them 15 minutes early in the next class.
